Analiese and Baby Girl

Please pray for my friend, Analiese. She was due to have her 3rd child Oct. 10th, but had to have an emergency C-section yesterday. Please pray for the little baby. She isn't doing well.

You can scroll to the bottom to start at the beginning of the updates.

Thank you for praying!
--------------------
Update: she (the baby) is still in serious condition, but it appears that the blood transfusions have had some effect. Our girl seems at touch to be a little warmer, and she is moving a little bit. BUT SHE IS STILL IN SERIOUS CONDITION! PLEASE PRAY!

The pediatrician just talked to Matthew, Analiese, and three of the Grandparents, and said it is very possible our baby will not make it. She is in critical condition. The anemia has put a lot of stress and pressure on all parts her body. They are giving her blood transfusions right now and are counting on them working. The doctor has seen some babies in this situation pull through, but they have seen a lot not. They're trying to care flight her to Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas right now, but they first have to stabilize her.
PLEASE PRAY! ONLY GOD CAN PULL HER THROUGH AT THIS POINT. WE KNOW THAT IF IT IS HIS WILL HE WILL DO JUST THAT. PLEASE PRAY FOR ANALIESE AND MATTHEW AS WELL. ANALIESE IS REALLY STRUGGLING!

10:55pm Wednesday, Sep 19Hello all! I just received an update on Analiese and the baby.
The C-section is over (obviously) and Analiese is doing fine so far except that she is in A LOT of pain and sick.
The Baby, a little girl with a beautiful head according to Mary, (she has only been able to see the head through the ring of Doctors at this point) has serious problems but praise God is doing much better than she could be!
1. We believe she is severely anemic. 2. She may have an infection, but beyond that we don't really know anything for certain. Mary saw the x-rays of her lungs and could tell that something was very wrong, but as I have already said they are still trying to discover what exactly the issue is. It may be pneumonia.3. She is very small even though she went nearly full term.
The care-flight unit was there to care-flight her to Dallas, but it looked to Mary that they had left, which means that they are perhaps waiting to care-flight her.
A big praise is that Mary was able to get a good look at the baby (and I just got off the phone with Mary two seconds ago finding this out) and she saw her move her arm. Up until now they had seen no movement so this is a huge praise!
I apologize for not having more details but this is all we have at the moment. We will be sending out updates as often as we can.
Thank you very much for your prayers and please keep them up! Our baby is still in serious trouble.

8:17pm Wednesday, Sep 19Please pray for my sister-in-law, Analiese, is at this moment having an emergency C-section.
The reason for this is that her baby’s pulse is more faint than it should be and also somewhat erratic.
Most you probably know this already, but for those who don't, about 13 months ago Analiese was in a terrible car wreck and essentially was crushed from the waist down. Without listing all the specifics (except that her pelvis was cracked in three places), let me just say that it takes a body years to recover from these massive injuries, and bearing children while trying to recover only complicates matters. The potential for complications in a pregnancy of this type are very high, especially as it pertains to blood clots, something Analiese has battled frequently since the wreck and has forced her to stay on heavy duty blood thinners
The doctors think a blood clot may have brought this on, in fact.
So, I think y’all can see some of what Analiese and the baby are up against.
The doctors were planning on inducing Analiese in a week after she had been OFF her blood thinner for two days, during which time Analiese was going to be at the hospital. But the complications obviously threw a monkey wrench in those plans.
PLEASE PRAY!
Thank you so much for reading this!
We are all doing fine. After seeing the countless miracles that kept Analiese from either being killed outright (and her newborn and toddler that were in the car with her) or by the complications have cemented our faith in God almightiness. But, that isn’t to say we couldn’t use prayer for our faith staying cemented.
In Christ,Mark
