Last Saturday we decided our babies name for sure! So unless he is born and really doesn't seem like it fits him, he will be:

Nicolas means "Victory of the people" and Elliott means "The Lord is my God"
and tweaking it just a little to flow together into one meaning for him:
"Victory of the people (through) The Lord (who) is my God"
Funny Facts about our Boy's Names:
My dear friends in TN pointed these out to me, as did my Mom later on :) I think they are pretty funny.
1) Both boys have "Saint" names - St. Patrick and St. Nicholas.
2) We sometimes would call Patrick "Paddy Whack" from the children's song "This Old Man" - well, now we will not only have Paddy Whack but also "Nic" Knack!
"With a Knick Knack Paddy Whack give the dog a bone......" :)

We are so glad y'all picked the name Nicolas! We have already been calling him that! We also like Elliot a lot. (Do you remember why?!)
